A Legion Post
Unlike Any Other
Located across from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Speedway American Legion Post 500 has a proud identity built around veterans, community, fellowship, and Speedway tradition.
Here, generations come together. Longtime members preserve the traditions that built our Post, while younger veterans bring new ideas, energy, technology, and leadership.
You do not need to attend every meeting or commit all your free time. Membership can be what you make of it, social connection, community service, veteran advocacy, leadership, or simply knowing that you belong to an organization that continues to fight for veterans.
